Today I have a card and a trio of sweet tags using the new sets, Forever in Our Hearts and In A Jam. I know no one loves having to send sympathy cards, but man am I so happy to have the new sentiment set in my stash, Forever in Our Hearts. The sentiments are beautiful and will bring comfort to all.
I used a soothing color combo with this one today along with some old and new Confetti Cuts. That tag is new, it's the next edition to the Topped Off Tag line up. I ADORE stripes, can't get enough of them. So the Big Stripes Tag Layer is a quick way to add those eye catching detail. I embellished the top with the new Hang Ups, too Confetti Cuts. I did some masking with one of the sentiments from Forever in Our Hearts and got them to fit perfectly onto the stripes. Yay!
I used the amazing All Framed Up to add that skinny solid kraft outline to accent my tag. Seriously, so many options with this Confetti Cut. You will LOVE it. The pretty flowers are from Garden Bunch and I used the Garden Bunch Confetti Cuts to cut them out quick. I added in some Leafy leaves in kraft.
Changing gears, I inked up the daring In A Jam stamps and used the coordinating Jam Jar Confetti Cuts to create the little jars on my tags.
I snapped a close up of each of the tags so you could see the details. When I make a set of cards or tags I like to use the same products but change up the colors. Here, you'll see I used the Big Stripes Layer over the Topped Off Tag. I used the sweet heart from Hang Ups, Too on this first one.
Changing to a deeper plum color and Blueberry ink, I used the Hang Ups, TOo scallop top with a button and twine.
Here is a closer look at the third Hang Ups, TOO. check out that stitched detail. This one might be my favorite tag embellie.
and here is a look at the new product I used today.
Come back tomorrow for another sneak peek and my FAVORITE day of this release.
Thanks for all your sweet comments.
