I always enjoy this teaser day, but it also stresses me out a bit. I have the hardest time narrowing down which new die-namic to use. This month I followed my heart (thanks to those gorgeous new, MME papers)....I used lots of die-namics (some new and some older) to make a sweet lovey card! I love that soooo many of the MFT die-namics can be mixed and matched for different looks.
Here's my card. It's fun and scrappy.....just like I like 'em!
I used that gorgeous skyline die-namic. This time I popped out all the windows, so those lovely hearts could show through. I spelled out the word, Love with the amazing new alphabet, By The Letters.
Thanks to Joanne's Friday Feature video a few weeks back, I was inspired to play with my rosette die-namics. This was the smaller one (1/4 inch size) , and I only cut out one strip, cut that in half and then created my rosette. I added the heart from Homespun Birdhouse (it's the perfect size) and decked that out with a button and twine. Up, along the side you'll see another pretty scallop border, always a staple for me.
And because I had a little more to say, I used the Flat Bottom clouds die-namics to complete my sentiment. I started to dig through my stash of stamps, certain I had those words somewhere, then I stopped myself. Hey, I can use the Typewriter Alphabet to stamp out my own words. Love that!
Some stitching, rounded corners and distressing all were the little extras I added to complete my card.
Kim's blog has the line up for our Pep-Rally posts! Check it out and then we'll see you over in the forum later tonight for the RELEASE PARTY!
Here's are the graphics for the new die-namics I used today.
