Trendy and classic ....you're going to want them both.
First up my Contempo Cage card. This set is fantastic and full of wonderful stamp elements and sentiments and a very cool bird and cage die-namic. More birdie options....what's not to love??
I used some of my new papers from Studio Calico **swoon** to make this note card. I added a postage border along the bottom and stamped the beautiful florish stamp along the top of my middle panel. I also added some subtl music notes to the top right of my card. Then I carry these same notes over to the inside of my card....I also used some of the stamps to create a little scene for my sentiment . I really adore that flourish border, it's so, so pretty.
Next up....my cupcake card. I've been waiting and waiting to use this paper. I actually forgot I had it until I went digging in my paper stack. It's so sparkly and full of color. I tied the new tag up around two of the well worn die-namics pieces with some grosgrain and a button/twine combo.
It was a great way to show off the fun new tag set, Bon Appetit.
I also trimmed off the right edge of the card front to show a little sneak peek into the inside. There you'll see I added a strip of the Medium Simply Scallops border. The die-cut heart is from Notched Tag die-namics. The stamped hearts and sentiment are part of the new stamp set.
