Lil' Inker Designs April Release-Day 2

Welcome back to day 2 of the Lil' Inker Designs April release. We have three exciting days planned to share all the new beautiful stamps and dies...... Beautiful florals, cutie patootie Owls, fabulous die details, plus a whole lot more!

All new products are available NOW, but you'll want to hop along with us.  I know you are going to love it. There is a chance to WIN the full release to one lucky LID fan. Leave comments at the DT blogs for a chance to win.

Be sure to start back at the LID Blog for all the release details and lots of pretty eye candy. Woohoo!!

I think I said it yesterday, but I'll say it again...I love square cards and so I REALLY LOVE the new Silly Stitched Square dies. I used it on both cards today, here I used the largest one which simply added the stitching detail right to your card front. So awesome, right?!

I then got busy with the gorgeous new Wreath of Roses stamp set. I embossed it in white onto kraft card stock and then used my copics to color it in. I stamped the sentiment in black from Wreath of Roses, and used the matching die to cut out this beauty. The yellow die cut "hello" is included in the Wreath of Roses die. I made it into a little tag.

It had been a long time since I colored on kraft with my Copics and the results are always pretty. I love how the white really makes it pop. Here are the colors I used.

On this next card I don't know what to talk about first....more gorgeous flowers OR that awesome background. Ok. Let's talk background. This Stitched Quaterfoil Cover Die, just might be my favorite LID die to date! Get it, it's awesome. I really wanted to show it off, so I used the tag from Silly Stitched Square die as my focal point for the Best Blooms stamps.

I love the sweet little sentiment included in the set. I used the Best Blooms dies to cut out a few of the flowers for accent and tucked in a few more leaves. I love the two-step stamping you can do with this Best Blooms set, creating any color combos your heart desires. I finished the card off with some twine and a scattering of sequins.

Here is a closer look at the new products I used today.

AND be sure to check out what the team has created.
So much awesome inspiration.

Here is a list of everyone participating in today's hop:

See you back here tomorrow....same time, same place, more LID projects!
