Lil' Inker Designs April Release-Day 1

Hello and welcome to the first day of the Lil' Inker Designs April release. We have three exciting days planned to share all the new beautiful stamps and dies...... Beautiful florals, cutie patootie Owls, fabulous die details, plus a whole lot more!


All new products are available NOW, but you'll want to hop along with us.  I know you are going to love it. There is a chance to WIN the full release to one lucky LID fan. Leave comments at the DT blogs for a chance to win.

I couldn't wait to put this die to work. Who doesn't love a mini card, make it a shaker and BAM! Instant Smile! I ended up cutting the Apple Shaker die 4 times, and used some self adhesive foam that was die cut for a perfect match to create the depth for the shaker. The leaf and step are separate die pieces for easy piecing the details in different colors. I used the Apple of My Eye stamp set for the sentiments. This will make a great addition to our end of the year teacher gifts. 


I just love this sentiment and I created my own skinny flag with just a few snips with my scissors. Finished the shaker with the brown twine. 


I squealed when I pulled this next set out of my DT package. I have always had a thing for owls and this set is just darling! It's called Hootie Patootie, see, even the name it cute! I colored this sweet little guy up with my copics and used the Hootie Patootie Dies to cut it out. I added the new Stitched Chevron Border die behind my image to add some interest to my background. I just love it. WAIT until you see what the rest of the team did with this border.....don't miss Jen Carter's card. It will knock  your socks off! I also have to point out my Silly Stitched Square....yep, another new die set and you NEED it! I just love making this size card and now I get to add this fun stitched detail. I made mine into a frame. Sentiments are from Hootie Patootie, too!

    My 5 y/o grandson starts shool in the fall and this apple die would make some cute lunch box notes! Don't you think? And that owl with the umbrella... ACK!!! TOO SWEET!
