Lil' Inker Design Feb.Release-Day 3

It is the third day and final day of the LID release. I hope you have enjoyed each day as we shared our projects with you. There is still so much more to see today from the Lil' Inker Designs Feb. Release!! You'll also see one of my cards does double duty as my Color Throwdown card for this week. So if you came here looking for that, you are in the right place.

All new products are available NOW, but you'll want to hop along with us.  I know you are going to love it. There is a chance to WIN the full release to one lucky LID fan. Leave comments at the DT blogs for a chance to win.

Be sure to start back at the LID Blog for all the release details and lots of pretty eye candy. Woohoo!!

I can't decide what to talk about first.....the adorable kitty set or the amazing background. Ok. Let's start with the Color Block die. It is so easy to work with and makes quick and easy backgrounds. I used this week's Color Throwdown colors and used a few of the sentiments from the Cat Treats stamp set. I used the new Celebrate Word die along the bottom to anchor my image.

Here is a closer look at the detail of Cat Treat birthday kitty I colored up. I used the Cat Treat Die to cut it out, easy peasy.

Here is my second card for today. I just LOVE this Bunny Buddy stamp & die set. It has two awesome images, so fun to color and LOTS of great sentiments. I colored this guy up with Copics and then used the Bunny Buddy dies to cut it out. I repeatedly stamped one of the sentiments in the background. See it, inside the oval? I used some Tribal Chic papers and then the Dual Dotted Oval to create the window for my bunny.

I used one more sentiment and embossed it with white ink onto some dark grey card stock. I finished it off with a strip of silver glitter paper. Every birthday needs some sparkle! This is a great way to add it in, even on a more boy-ish card.

Be sure to stop by my fellow DT members' blogs. There is amazing projects to see.....AND you get a chance to win with each comment.
Here is the blog hop list!
