I was really into the water colored background for this release. I used some blues on this one and added some soft and pretty layers of vellum cut with the Waves Cut Ups.
Here's a closer look at the sea horse and his party hat. The upper right corner was the perfect spot to stamp my sentiment.
And not to leave him out....I tucked in the darling crab along the bottom. I love that he's holding the gift. You'll note, I used some kraft card stock with a torn edge along the bottom to look like a sandy ocean bottom. All along I added some sequin details here and there. I changed the colors up as I moved up my card. They are the perfect subtle bit of bling.
