Today I'm showing off the beautiful new Greetings & Salutations stamp set. The font....OMG!!! So pretty!
My first card is a pretty water colored, CAS card. I used some Tim Holtz Water Color paper, and three of his new colors of distress ink-cracked pistachio,  coral, and . After the panel dried, I used versamark ink to stamp the sentiment from the amazing new set called Greetings & Salutations. I covered it with white embossing powder and then hit it with a heat gun. I love how the white pops against the soft pretty background.

I used the side stitched rectangles to cut out the finished panel and popped the whole thing up with some foam adhesive.  A scattering of sequins and this card was done.

I couldn't help myself and wanted to use another greeting from that same Greetings & Salutations stamp set. It is so pretty and I love the larger sentiments. I inked this one up with my pink to red ombre inks and stamped it onto a piece of white card stock.

Before I show you a closer look at the finished sentiment panel, I must talk about my background. It's gorgeous, isn't it?? It was created with the oh-so-cool Quilted Flowers set. This is a 3 piece die set and you can do so many things with it.....an easy stitched flower background is one of them. I just moved the die around and kept running it through my die cut machine. Easy and really didn't take to long. The flower is a nice size, so it fills lots of space, fast.

I pulled out the Border Builder die and used the scalloped, stitched edge. Nestled in the corner of my greeting, I added the Perky Posie flower, done up in pink and red to match the sentiment.

Here's another look at the new products I used today!

Thanks for stopping by today! Don't forget to leave comments along the way. There are 3 LID gift certificates up for grabs. Just be sure to comment on all the DT Blogs.
