So exciting! Day 2 of our Lil' Inker Designs release. We started the party yesterday, I hope you joined us. If not, you can find all the info over on the LID blog.
We have more goodness coming your way today. I couldn't WAIT to show off this next card with this stunning new floral set called Love & Honey stamp set. I started by cutting out a Stitched Rounded Rectangle with white card stock. I then used some grey ink to stamp the love sentiment in the background. I wanted to keep it simple to really show off the beauty of the main image.

I started by cutting out a Stitched Rounded Rectangle with white card stock. I then used some grey ink to stamp the love sentiment in the background. I wanted to keep it simple to really show off the beauty of the main image.
I then stamped the floral heart image from Love & Honey in versamark ink onto watercolor paper. I then added white embossing powder. I used my Zig Clear Color Brush markers to add the pretty purples and greys. I then used the Love & Honey dies to cut it out. I added it to the card front with some foam dimensions.
I decided at the last minute to add a bit of shine to the florals and brushed on some clear glitter with a Wink of Stella pen. I tried to capture the shimmer in this detailed photo.
My next card is another simple card, that really shows off the new LID products. I used the new Love You More Than Words die. I really love how Laura designs these products that are stand alone and can make card making quick and easy and so eye-catching!
I used the Silly Stitched Square dies to create the card base layers. The black and white diagonal paper in the background and a dark teal over top. I cut the Love You More Than Words heart (the scripty words are sooooo pretty) in a lime green card stock. I finished it off with some black twine.
