Thanks so Very Much

Hello friends! I know, it's been awhile since I popped in here. Life is CRAZY right now with the holidays wrapping up and we are getting ready to put our house on the market! Eeeek! They come Friday to take photos. I am freaking out a bit! So in the midst of the crazy, I did take some time for a little crafty therapy.

It's time to send out all the thank-you's for the generous and thoughtful gifts we all received. So here is a quick one for you. I used the beautiful Whole Lotta Thanks stamp set and coordinating Whole Lotta Thanks Confetti Cuts.  I inked up the sentiments in Navy and Baby Blue inks
I stamped a flower from the same set and a pair of leaves in Iced Aqua and Stone inks

I then framed it up with an Iced Aqua Lacy Scallop Frames Rectangle and mounted it on a layer of striped paper from Warm Hearts. I added a layer  of Navy card stock and used a Cloud White top folding card base.

Have a great day! I'll be back soon with this Year's Season's Giving Blog Hop!!

Reverse Confetti-December SFYTT

Hello Fetti Fans, happy Friday! I am back today with a card for the December SFYTT with the Reverse Confetti crew. There is still time to play along. Come check it out.

After seeing Amy Rohl use these sweet penguins from S'more Love stamp set earlier this week, I just had to ink them up. I colored one of the birds and then paper pieced his hat with the gorgeous plaid from Warm Heart. I mounted him onto a Cloud White Lacy Scallop Circle and tucked in a duo of flakes from Snowflake Trio. You'll see I also gave a layer of Royal Purple and used Mist card stock for my card base.

Here is the sketch. Be sure to stop on by the RC Blog for all the challenge details. I can't wait to see what you have created this month.

Have a great day!

Curtain Call-Fa La La

It's time for a new Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge!

The LEAD will be invited as a Guest Designer in a future challenge!

It makes me want to sing Fa La La La La, when I have JUST the right stamp for a challenge. I pulled out the fun Vintage Ornament stamp set and used the one with the exact sentiment I needed. Yay! I used the coordinating Vintage Ornament Confetti Cuts to cut them out and pulled in some gold from the challenge photo with the twine. I tucked in some Snowflake Trio Confetti Cuts in Cloud white and framed it all up with an  RC Aqua Lacy Scallop Rectangle. I used my favorite Mist card stock for my card base.

Make sure you visit each of the designers' blogs for more inspiration!

Lil' Inker Designs December Release-Final Day

Thanks for hanging with us the past few days. It is the final day of our sneak peeks for the  Lil' Inker Designs December release.  All new products are available NOW, but you'll want to hop along with us.  I know you are going to love it. There is a chance to WIN the full release for one lucky LID fan. Leave comments at the DT blogs for a chance to win.

Be sure to start back at the LID Blog for all the release details and lots of pretty eye candy. Hopefully you arrived from Karen's Blog.

So for my final card I am re-sharing one I made for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop last weekend. I didn't want you all to miss out on it, and I think it turned out so pretty so I wanted you to see it again. I hope you don't mind. It uses the new Latte Love stamp set and matching Latte Love die. it's such a cool, updated coffee set and there are so many combinations of sentiments to use.

I inked up the Latte Love line image cup and colored it with my copics and then used some Natural Premium dye ink to stamp the gorgeous foam. I then used the Latte Love dies to cut out the cup and added it to my wintry, holiday scene.

I cut a piece of water color card stock with the Silly Stitched die and then used the Rustic Christmas stamp set to white emboss some snowflakes and then went to ink blending with Broken China distress ink. I gave it a good splattering of water to activate the ink and the illusion of little snowflakes. Once that was dry, I also added some white ink splatters. Then I stamped a greeting from All the Christmas You'll Ever Need and trimmed it to a rectangle. I added the sentiment from Latte Love onto a Mist banner cut from the Warm Welcome Dies
Here is a closer look at the new Latte Love set.

To be eligible to win, leave comments for our designers by Sunday 12/18/2016 by 11:30 PM EST.

Color Throwdown 423-Happy

Hello, Color Throwdown fans! It’s hard to believe that we have already reached the end of another year! This will be our last challenge of 2016, and we hope you’ll be able to play along with us!

Broni is here as this week’s hostess, and she has chosen a festive trio of colors for us to play with: Red, Hot Pink, and Lime Green!  Remember we just use generic colors, and please feel free to add in neutrals to help make your creation pop!

One lucky participant will be randomly chosen to join us as Guest Star Stamper on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 for Color Throwdown #425.  That person will be announced on Tuesday, December 20th.  Good luck!

If you upload your creation to a public gallery, please use the keyword CTD423, and please use #CTD423 and #colorthrowdown on social media so we can find your gorgeous creations!  When linking up your creation using the linky tool below, please be sure to link directly to your specific post, not just to your blog.  All of the "rules" are in the right sidebar, and you can always check there to be sure!

As Christmas approaches and the year draws to a close, the Color Throwdown team would like to extend their thanks to each and every one of you who participate in our challenges.

I am still crushing on the new Reverse Confetti release and especially those mice! I used the Mouse Mail stamp set, colored the cute boy mouse with my copics. I then cut him out with the Mouse Mail Confetti Cuts. I then added the sentiment from Figure of Speech

I gave a little hilltop with some lime green polka dotted paper and the Edgers Confetti Cuts. I then framed it up the Grettings Frames Confetti Cuts with Cloud White card stock. I used some Stone Grey card stock for my card base.

Click the links below for even more inspiration from our talented team to get you started. I cannot wait to see what you all create with this week's colors!
