Reverse Confetti-July SFYTT

Welcome Reverse Confetti Fans! it's my turn to share a card with this  month's SFYTT layout. There is still plenty of time to play. Join us. Here is the sketch, 

and here is my card. I always need birthday cards, so the Boxes 'n Balloons Confetti Cut was a great, easy choice for today's card. I kept it super simple. I used the die to cut an orange balloon and then stamped the confetti image from Celebrations along the bottom. 

I added the dotted border from Edge Essentials Confetti Cuts  along the Green Monster card stock panel and then added some stars from You are a Star onto a Documented layer. The sentiment from Celebrations was white heat embossed on to black licorice card stock. I finished it off by tying on some natural solid twine.
