Lil' Inker Designs-Lucky You

This was one of the first sets I picked up when I first joined the LID design team. I stamped three of the beautiful circle images in different shades of green. I used a circle punch to pop them out and some foam dots to pop them up. I was going to add them to a whole background of the Circles & Diamonds Cover Up plate but when I trimmed it, this little strip was begging to be used instead. 

I added a strip of black & white stripes to the bottom and stamped the word "lucky"  from Spot On Spring in black ink. A scattering of sequins were glued down and I mounted this all on the Dual Stitched Rectangle.
