This sweet guy is from the new set called I Are Fun. I stamped him onto x-press it blending card stock and then colored him up with my Copics. I then cut him out.
I used the Stitched Clouds to create a playful background by using the negative space of the clouds and mounting the colorful rays paper onto a white card base. This allowed for the white to peek through with the clouds. I popped up my bear with foam dimensionals and scattered some pretty sequins about.

- All the new stamps and cutups will be released on Tuesday, May 26th.
