I had a watercolored panel sitting on my desk. It just happened to match the colors in the inspirtation photo. Love that! I used the pretty banner, from Winged Wishes, inspired by the tassels from the photo. I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set and cut apart the words to fill the bottom of my panel. A sweet water colored birdie sits on top of the words.
I tied it all up with some gold cord and scattered some pretty sequins about. The Stitched dies are from Lil' Inker Designs.
