Countdown to Confetti Final Day {Reverse Confetti Surprise Release}

Today is our final sneak peek at the new Reverse Confetti April Release. It's been a fantastic couple of days and after today you'll be able shop for all the new goodies.

Today I'm sharing a couple projects using the adorable sentiment set called Fancy Word Coordinates. There are also these awesome scripty Fancy Word dies that coordinate with them. Yay for word dies!!!

I used a whole slew of the new products you can purchase tomorrow, April 8! the background was created with the Geometric BAckground Confetti Cuts. I cut two of the largest Layered Banner Duo Confetti cuts, one from a coral polka dotted paper and another from the notebook striped Pina Colada Quick Card Panel.

Are you wondering where the scalloped edge went?? Well, I wanted a straight edge to the end of my banner piece, so I simply trimmed off the scalloped edge. Easy peasy and a great way to get two different looks from the one die.

I stamped the sentiment from Fancy Word Coordinates in Tropical Teal ink and then cut "thanks" from Persimmon card stock withe the Fancy Word dies. . I accented with a strip of gold cardstock and some pretty sequins. Here's a detailed shot.

Next I was inspired by some paper straws I saw at the party store. I picked up a pack (or two or three) and made some sweet little party favors. I love that I could use the triangle pieces from Layered Banner Duo Confetti Cut to make these sweet little customized drink accents.

I cut out a few of the triangle banner pieces from Let's Polka Mon Amie paper and then used the Fancy Word Coordinates to stamp a festive greeting. I used scor-tape to adhere them to the straws.

After I removed the backing from the tape, I gently rolled the banner piece around the straw for a solid fit.

I then cut some silver glitter stars with the Oh, My Stars Confetti Cut and added those to the tops of the banner with a foam dimensional.

The new Tassel Confetti Cut was the perfect accent to the mason jar I used to hold the straws. The cool thing about this project is  you can make it ANY colors you want. The Tassel Die is soooo cool for all kinds of banners and accents to any party or gift!

The Tassel Confetti Cut works best with tissue paper. I cut 4 pieces and layered them together, tied on some twine and then fluffed it out! They are so fun to make.
