I was excited to show this one off for two reasons. One, I used some of the awesome NEW Reverse Confetti products....did you check it out? did you get to shop? If you did, what did you get? I always love to hear what others order. The other reason I was excited about this card is that it was for my son's birthday. He's a dog lover, we all are, so I knew the Puppy Love set was a great choice for his card. I stamped him, colored him up with Copics, and then used the matching Puppy Love Confetti Cut dies to cut him out.
I took some liberties with the sketch, which is totally okay to do. It's to be used as a source of insipration and I wanted to use the new Documented die and the new Pretty Panels-Big Chevron for my two main layers. For the stripes in the background, I added in a few chevrons fro Triple Chevies confetti Cut. The birthday sentiment is fro In a Big Way. I stamped it first and then ran it through my Vagabond. I was careful to keep the pieces all together, flipped it over and quickly added some (LOTS) of foam dimensionals to hold it all together.
I used the Oh, My Stars confetti cuts to add a few accents and also added in a trio of enamel dots. So Fun!
Here is the sketch.
