We are getting closer to the big The Cats Pajamas release day. Today is a super sweet and playful set called Bubbles Happen.
I used more Let's Polka paper in the background and created my own notebook panel to show off the darling penguin. I used all of the bubble images and stamped them in different colors all over the background of the white panel. I used the Toppers Cutups along the top and tied on some bakers twine. The TCP shop has a great assortment of twine colors.
The sentiment just makes me smile. I added a few extras to really make it pop, some sequins and a touch of crystal effects to the penguin's bubble. I'm thinking this will make a great birthday card.
