Day Two-Count down to Confetti {day 2}

Woohoo! It's day 2 of the sneak peeks for the March Reverse Confetti release. If you didn't check out yesterday's post, you'll want to be sure to do that. You have a chance to win an RC gift certificate.
I have two cards today, showing off two more sets and their matching Confetti Cut dies. First up is a lovey card. I know Valentine's Day is over but there are plenty of reasons to give cards of love to friends and family all year long. I went with a bold color combo (inspired by Joanne Basile).
The sentiment and banner are the new products you can shop for on the 8th! They are  called Beautiful Banners and are a MUST HAVE.

 Banners have always been trendy and I think they always will be. With this set, you have three Beautiful Banners to choose from and a whole lot of sentiments to fit in any of the banners. This one is my favorite.

I added some pretty green dots from Whole Lotta Dots inside the white circle. I added two sweet hearts from Love Note Confetti Cut. I ran the larger, navy heart through my Vagabond with a hounds tooth embossing folder and then I added stripes  with So Stripy to the smaller green heart.

My sentiment was stamped in sweet tooth pigment ink and then heat embossed with white embossing powder. I added the banner border stamp with navy ink. A white button and twine finish it off.

I think you're going to be very happy with this next set, too. Flowers!! Yes, Reverse Confetti is finally getting a flower set AND matching dies. woohoo!!! The stamp set is called Petals 'n Posies.

The stamps are so easy to line up with the matching Petals 'n Posies dies. I like to stamp first and then cut them out. The dies are wafer thin and outlines of the images, so they really are easy to line up. I love the little white border they leave around each image.

I used Lisa Arana's Wanna Sketch no.13 for my card. The CAS design was perfect to show off these pretty flowers. I added some stickles glitter to the centers of two of my flowers and then topped the yellow ones with Aqua sequins. For a bit more contrast, I added a strip of grey striped washi tape along the bottom.

I think it helps draw the eye to my sentiment which was stamped in Berrylicious ink for a tone on tone look.
