Countdown to Confetti {day 3-Crushin'}

It's the final day of the Reverse Confetti sneak peeks. That means, all the new stamps and Confetti Cut dies will be available for purchase tomorrow....Jan.8!! Woohoo!

I have a few more goodies to share today. So let's get started. Today we are showing of the amazing and oh-so cute Crushin' stamp set. It's soooo, so fun to work wih. So many bits and pieces perfect for any of your lovey day creations.

I used the new Love Notes dies (yes, I LOOOOVE these! ♥) to create, well.....some Love Notes!

Who said Valentine's have to be red and pink?? Not this girl! I think I said it yesterday, I have to avoid pink when making things for my boys. They would FREAK! Yellow and orange was a nice compromise I think! Throw in the kraft and black accents and this girl is Happy!!!

here is a closer look at each card. I used the Love Notes frame as the base for all of mine. I love that the embossed inner rectangle makes it so easy to cut out an inside to add for contrast and interest. The papers are from the Hey Kid paper pack by Pink Paislee.

Check out that arrow! It's another new Confetti Cut die. It's soooo cool. I know you have seen a lot of the other girls using it this week. Such a fun little accent to add. The sentiment is from the Crushin' set and I stamped a row of hearts from Whole Lotta Hearts

Next I used two more images from Crushin' and added the adorable row of hearts from Love Notes. I also stamped a heart from I Like You, in Banana Split ink, right in the center of my "love you more" sentiment. You can easily do this with any stamp combo, just stamp a lighter ink in the background and the darker ink over top. It was easier for me to get the heart in the center but actually stamping the darker ink first. Let it dry, then stamp the lighter inked image.

And last for me today is the sweet banner image. I stamped it twice. Once in Black licorice ink on the kraft panel and then in Orange Fizz ink on some grid paper from Hey Kid 6x6 pack. I cut out those orange banner pieces and only applied adhesive to the tops so I could flip up the ends to give some dimension.

The heart is cut from....yep, you guessed it Love Notes. It's such a sweet size. I resisted the urge to add a twiney button, so I attached a darling orange sequin. Just as cute!

Here are the stamps and dies I used on my Love Note cards, today.
