Friday Fun {Wine Helps}

Woop woop! It's Friday! Today is my hubby's birthday and we'll be celebrating with a yummy dinner at one of our local rib joints (if you are ever in Cincy, Montgomery Inn Ribs are a MUST have).
I had been itching to get this stamp set inky from Lil' Inkers Designs. I was lucky enough to win it during their birthday celebration and was feeling guilty that I hadn't used it yet. It's called Snarky Sentiments and you'll love it.

I used an older, Seize The Sketch #3 challenge for my layout on this card. The sketch called for hexagons in the background, but I traded them out for the fun Stitched Mats-circle dies from Lil' Inkers.  I loved that I could show a pattern peaking out from a few of the cut circles AND still have the stitching around them. The design on these dies is just brilliant.

I'm also sending this along to the Hope You Can Cling Challenges over on SCS. I'm playing along with Jeanne's challenge-Hope you have a great day!  Pop on over there and see what a great cause they support. I think this sentiment is so fun and encouraging. It's sure to put a smile on anyone's face.

Wishing you a wonderful start to the weekend!

  4. So fantastic! Going to share it on the LID FB page (so it doesn't get burried) in a few minutes. That's one of my favorite sentiments in the Snarky set! Love how you paired it with your Stitched Circles! Thanks so much for sharing this with us!
