MFT teaser {Just Bee Cause}

It's still My Favorite Things Teaser time....while I am not up for a post today, I do have a cutie pie sample for you with the newest Doodle Garden stamp, SWEET AS CAN BEE.

I used Jen's Deconstructing Sketch 96 for this card. I used Sweet Tooth cs for my card base and then combined last month's BLUEPRINTS1 with this month's BLUEPRINTS2 DIE-NAMICS. The Sno cone layer was cut with the the large frame from BLUEPRINTS 2 and I then used the large frame from Blueprints 1 (cut from Banana Split cs) to add a perfectly matted layer. Awesome! They word so well together. 

I then following the sketch, I decided to use a Kraft panel and stamped some of my favorite Grape Jelly ink with the cool new, BORDER IT-MOD BORDERS. I then added that fun stitched strip from BLUEPRINTS2 DIE-NAMICS in Sno Cone. 

I went pretty whimsical with my coloring on this cutie. I gave her purple hair and added fun dotted accents in the background to highlight her. I also couldn't help but add a touch of glitter to her wings. The grass was added with my prismacolor pencils. 

You can also see a bit of the new OPEN SIMPLY SCALLOPS TRIO DIE-NAMICS (this was the large one).  The sentiment was stamped in HOT FUDGE INK. I added a final accent with a small heart (from Notched Tag) and purple sequin 

You'll also spy some more  pretty sequins (yes! I finally picked some up from my local Craft store.) I added them to the stitched circle from Blueprints1 Die-namics. 

I added another stamped image of the girl, done with HOT FUDGE PREMIUM DYE INK, and used the remaining OPEN SIMPLY SCALLOPS TRIO. I have left lots of room for a sweet note to a friend, just bee cause!
