Day 6 with MFT Teasers

It's almost time for release night....one more sleep! lol! Today is Pure Innocence day and I know a lot of you have been waiting to see what other cuties will be joining the crew. We have:

Surfer Dude; Surf Chick; Gymnastics Girl; Little Shutterbug; Birthday Girl making their debut this month.

I went with two of the girlies to show off today. They just warm my heart. First up is my
BIRTHDAY GIRL  card.

I found some older, pretty paper from the Girls Paperie. I  stamped her onto x-press blending cardstock and then colored here with Copics. I did piece up the balloon with the coordinating print from the back of the plaid. You'll see I added a bit of shading to the pattern paper with a C-1 marker.

I cut out my main image with the new ROUNDED BANNER DIE-NAMICS, and used the next larger size to cut a perfect matt for my image.

I accented this card with a few pieces of card stock cut from the ROUNDED BANNER DIE-NAMICS, and the double ended fishtail from SENTIMENT STRIPS DIE-NAMICS.   I love that you can make little banner clusters from many of the different Die-namics MFT carries.

I couldn't resist the cute gingham button....it was a perfect match (Buttons Galore and More). There is also a bit of a tiny scalloped border peeking up in the background.  That was cut with the the mini scallop edge Die-namics.

I also used the SENTIMENT STRIPS DIE-NAMICS for my greeting. Some twine and Sno Cone grosgrain ribbon wrapped this one up.  The card also uses Sno Cone, Sweet Tooth, and Kraft cardstock from MFT.

I couldn't resis doing up a little more on the inside of the card, too. I added the Happy Birthday sentiment and another half image of the PI girl to a new DESIGNER LABEL 3 STAX DIE-NAMICS.

I used a bit of the SENTIMENT STRIPS AND the smalled ROUNDED BANNER DIE-NAMICS again to accent the label.

While I had my copics out, I decided I wanted to color up the new sweet GYMANAST GIRL.  I have to share that I was a gymnast until I was 13, so this PI tugged at my heart.  Sure makes me wish I had a girl. lol!....well, almost ;)

I did manage to use some boy papers (Echo Park-little boy) on my girl card. I played up the yellow and aqua colors from the stars. I kept this one pretty simple, by just adding some layerd Star Stax Die-namics (in Blue Raspberry, Sno Cone, and Banana Split MFT Card Stock).

While I had my ROUNDED BANNER DIE-NAMICS out, I used the smallest one again to make a banner piece and added the sentiment cut it white from the SENTIMENT STRIPS to make this banner cluster. Some red zig zag stitching and a teeny tiny star from STAR STAX finish the look.

That's all I've got for today. I know there is so much more cuteness waiting to be seen.
