MFT June Teasers Day 5

It's one of my FAVORITE DAYS during the MFT Teaser Time....it's à la mode day! This month's cuties are over the top CUTE!  There are two more joining the line up: Firecracker; Go for Gold. You are going to love them, too!


I used the FIRECRACKER cutie, today, along with lots of the fabulous new Die-namics. 

 I used the SQUARE STAX 1 & 2 DIE-NAMICS to cut out my à la mode image and then matted it with another square in Enchanted Evening cs.  She's colored with copics and I pieced up the firecracker with some coordinating Authentique papers and added a touch of stickles to the spark.  I cut the "thank-you....I had a Blast" sentiment apart and used part of it on my card front. 


I love the shape of the new DESIGNER LABEL 2 STAX DIE-NAMICS. Those little rounded tops are a perfect place to tuck in a button, so I wanted to use them as an accent behind my main image. BUT....it wasn't quite long enough for the size square I used.  BUT this was an easy problem to fix, I used a scrap of the red paper to just die cut only the tops of each of the ends of the die. You  can also die-cut a full panel and then just trim in in half, sliding up each top until you have as much of the rounded top showing as you'd like. 

I also added some of the new STAR STAX DIE-NAMCIS. LOVE the size of these....I've wanted a giant  star for a long time, so I was sooo happy when these arrived in my mailbox. You'll love them, too!

I added more of these great stars to the inside of my card.  This was also the perfect place to add the thank-you sentiment. I also added a bit of the PINKING BORDER DIE-NAMICS.
