Aren't you loving all the great new MFT goodies??? Do you have your wish list started? Make sure you get your entry in for the Guest Designer Contest. You have until this evening to get it uploaded. It's a great chance to win the entire Oct. MFT release. Good luck.
Today we have another full lineup of great MFT stamps. More of those super fabby Flapper Doodles and a darling Joliene . I decided to try my hand at a vintage Flapper Doodle-All Dolled Up! It was easy to do with some great Webster Pages dp and embellies and the pretty MFT Crocheted ribbon (currently out of stock, but will be back in soon). I stamped her on some dp, cut her out and mounted her on the Framed Greetings die. I was so excited to show you the Perfect Bracket edge again,

but my picture doesn't give the greatest view. It's there and it's a perfect fit! You can see it here on the inside of my card, though. I finished off the inside with a bit of MFT Crocheted ribbon.
Don't forget, as you make your way through the Teaser Time posts, simply leave a comment on each blog, for your chance to win one of the Brand Spankin' New stamp sets being released on Sept. 1st. A winner will be chosen from the comments on the pre-selected blog before tomorrow's teaser list goes live, and will be posted on Kim's blog. Be sure to check tomorrow to see if YOU are the winner. You can play along each day for your chance to win. We will be giving away NINE new stamp sets this week! As always, you can find the master list of participating designers HERE Kim's blog. If you loved today's samples, you have a chance to win one of these stamp sets! Just remember to leave a comment along the way-there's a prize hidded among the DT blogs.
Kim will have the full DT list up on her blog around 11 am (EST). See you tomorrow.

H{ippity} Hop and a little confused!

*** please scroll down for my MFT Teaser Post***

boy, oh boy! I had my dates mixed up. I made this card last week, you know working ahead, felt good about it. Then I panicked and thought we were doing something else today, so I made another card. Needless to say, I had it right the first time, and had to come quick to delete what I originally had posted for today.(so if you saw it in google reader, well, it will be a repeat come the actual date.) And if you have NO idea what I'm talking about, then just forget it and know that this is my card for this week's H{ippity} Hop Challenge-IHHC39-Back to School theme. Can't get anymore school like than Book It, and Stars (from Authentic Man). I also added a fun paper clip and a piece of ruler twill (Jillibean Soup). Thanks for stopping by and if you've been here more than once today, thank-you two-times!
While I did not stock the newest release of {ippity} stamps, I do have some earlier release {ippity} in stock. Some are at a nice discount. Check out what I have and email me your order. I would love to give them a happy home!

Stop by the {ippity} blog for a great post of inspiration!

ETA: geesh...I just keep editing this post. Almost forgot to share the good news. Did you see this giveaway??? Check it out! It's Jillibean goodness!

Teaser Time-Day 3-Pure Innocence

I know, I say it each month, but that's because each month more great Pure Innocence stamps are added to the MFT Boutique. They are just the sweetest stamps around! I just HAD to use the Honey Bee image and she felt like she needed to be watercolored. I also added a fun border peaking out in black with the Perfect Bracket die-namics die. I love that it can be cut down to fit just about any size you need. Finished her off with some Perfect Plaid yellow ribbon and a couple MFT buttons. I can't really say which set they are from, cuz I store all my MFT buttons together in one big jar o' buttons. It is button heaven and I DO keep my MFT buttons seperate from any other brand of buttons. I tell, ya, just get them all. It's nice to have a variety!

Don't Forget!!!! As you make your way through the Teaser Time posts, simply leave a comment on each blog, for your chance to win one of the Brand Spankin' New stamp sets being released on Sept. 1st. A winner will be chosen from the comments on the pre-selected blog before tomorrow's teaser list goes live, and will be posted on Kim's blog. Be sure to check tomorrow to see if YOU are the winner. Day 2-Teaser Time with MFT

Another fun filled day with My Favorite Things. Are you ready for more excitement? Today I get to share this adorable Fred Bear Goes Fishing card. We are a fishing family, with the lake house we catch lots of (small) fish right off our dock. It's great for the boys. I can see many scrapbook pages in my future with this sweet guy. Today, I did this card paired with some Bella Blvd. dp. Fred was colored with copics and I tucked a piece of MFT twill behind the image panel. As much as I love to add fun embellies to a card, sometimes it's nice to just focus on an image and sentiment!

Don't forget!!! Teaser Time with MFT!!

I get so excited when this time of the month rolls around. I know you do too! It's time for more great NEW My Favorite Things goodies to be peeked! Hold on to your hats! There's sooo much goodness coming you're way. I've got 3 projects to share today! And some exciting news at the end of the post, so make sure you read all the way through!

First up is a super sweet treat by Stephanie Fizer. Yep, she's done it again and created the cutest Halloween set, called Tiny Town Halloween. I kept my card on the Clean & Simple side, and I quite like how it turned out. I couldn't resist using the awesome ShelteringTree & leaf die-namics die on this. Did you get it last release? Be sure to pick it up this month, there are soooo many MFT sets that you can use it with. I cut it out in black and I love how the embossed woodgrain really stands out. Helps give that spooky feel of the card. Oh, and do you spy a new die? I know you did. It's a border of stars and it's DEVINE!!!! It even puches out the teeny tiny stars from the centers and if you are one of those stampers that uses every little scrap, you'll be in star heaven!
I feel like I went all out, today for you. I have two more great samples to share. I used two more new dies on this Scrapbook page along with the awesome new Wendy Alphabet set. Some of you may already have this, it's been a special extra with a few promotions over the last month. Yeah to you! The cool thing is, Kim is adding it to the boutique so if you haven't gotten your hands on it, NOW you can (well, on the 1st)! It is one of the must haves! I wasn't sure about using it on a boy page, but sure 'nough, I think it looks fabulous. I spelled out birthday with it, on that cool new Rounded Banner die! How sweet is that?!!! It's a three piece die, all connected (so you won't loose any of the pieces) and it's waaaay cool. I even used the pieces individually to look like circle clusters along the edges of my page. See the polka dotted bracket? THAT'S a new die-namics die, too. I really like it and you'll see plenty more of it with the rest of my teaser posts this week. It's called Perfect Bracket Edge. You must get it, it really is perfect! I also used the Banner Day alpha and some baby braddies on this layout.

One more for you today. It shows the new Star border die and the very cool, Clearly Sentimental about Harvesting stamp set. I thought this quote made a great back to school card, especially paired with some great stars! AND, surprise, surprise, the final die-namics die for this release. It's the notebook edge at the top of this. It's so fun and I know, I'll be using this over and over again!
I just had to show one last picture, this is from the inside of my card. I just adore how it turned out! Just shows how great ALL MFT stamps work together: bling bet, PI MVP, and Banner Day alpha, AND Framed Greetings die.

No images, just words on this card. You know what??? Wanna hang with the MFT DT next month? Make sure you create something for the Guest Designer Contest. YOu can read about the details in the MFT forum, HERE! This month, Let's Get Sentimental, and make words or sentiments the main focus on your card or project.

Okay, one more thing, the extra surprise I told you would be at the end of this post. Remember last month???? There were FREE stamps being given away just for leaving a comment??? Yep, Kim is doing it again this month. You can play along each day for your chance to win. We will be giving away NINE new stamp sets this week! As always, you can find the master list of participating designers HERE Kim's blog. If you loved today's samples, you have a chance to win one of these two stamp sets! Clearly Sentimental about Harvesting. Just remember to leave a comment along the way-there's a prize hidded among the DT blogs. It's a secret, so no one knows who has the prize!
Phew! it was long, I know, but I sure hope you felt it was worth it! Off you go, to see what the rest of the DT did with their Teaser Posts. Check out Kim's blog after 11 am (EST).

Two weeks in a row-Go Me!!!

I can't believe it, two weeks in a row for FWF! Love that and it feels good to play along again with some more challenges I had neglected for a while. This week, I did the sketch challenge again from SCS. This week was a little easier for me. I used some ippity on this creation. The jar of hearts is from Quotes à la Happy, and it makes me happy! Scallop was created with my jumbo scallop MFT die-namics die.
Hey, need or want some {ippity}??? While I'm not currently carrying the new release stamps, I do still have stock on some great sets. Here's what I've got. They would love to come to your home. Email me with your order! I ship FAST!!! Thanks!
Head over to the Unity blog for the full list of Friends With Flair participants.
MFT teasers start tomorrow! Don't miss the fun.

HipHop on a Thursday!

***please scroll down for the There She Goes Sneak Peek of the day!***

Welcome, welcome! It's another fun filled day with Unity and Ippity and the fun of Hip Hop! Today I used the new {ippity} set, House A Home and Mercy's Tuesday sketch from this week to pull together this sweet card. I decided to use a scallop edge for one of my panels and then since I had out my MFT dies, I made a quick and easy rolled flower, too. The papers are all the new Echo Park that {ippity} carries. See my leaves? Those are from Now & Always-love them. They were the perfect finishing touch to my card. Thanks for stopping by. Maria is up next. I know she'll have something fabby for you!

Day 3-TSG Blog Hop and more Peeks!

Welcome to another fun day of There She Goes release day blog hopping. If you are just getting started, then hop on back to the beginning at the TSG blog.
A year ago TSG friend Teresa W. came to Jessica asking for a school themed set that was versatile enough that teachers could use it to make projects for their students instead of just the other way around. As soon as Jessica started working with Torico, she knew that she was just the artist to illustrate the perfect images for this set! Believe In You includes many adorable school themed images along with sentiments to create projects for your teacher as well as from :)
Believe In You is a 6x8 stamp set that includes a total of 37 of stamps and will sell for $24.

I decided to make a sweet little card to give to my soon to be first grader. He is ONE smart kid, he just lacks the confidence when it comes to school work. I thought this card would be the perfect way to say how much I believe in him!
Papers are Jillibean Soup: Report Card and Soup Staples. I colored the school house image with copics and used a few office supplies to embellish-spiral edge punch and a paper clip!

Would you like a chance to win the Believe In You stamp set? Here’s what you need to do: go to each of the Trendsetter’s Blogs and leave a comment on their Believe In You Blog Hop Challenge post. After you have finished checking out the eye candy and have left some love, return to the TSG Blog to add your name to the Mr. Linky at the bottom of this Blog Hop Challenge post. A winner will be chosen randomly using a random number generator to receive their very own Believe In You stamp set. The winner will be announced Saturday (the 28th) during the Release Party Chat.
Up next is to wonderfully talented, Mercy! Thanks for stopping by.

Day 2-TSG Sneak Peeks and Blog Hop!

Aren't you loving the new stamps? Today will be another great day of eye candy as you see what fabulous set, Chris Dark has designed for us. If you are just getting started, be sure to hop on back to the TSG blog to begin the fun.

This beautiful floral themed stamp set was illustrated by TSG artist Chris Dark. We have all come to know and love Chris’s amazing talent for realistic stamp images and this set is no exception! The variety of sentiments are great for many different card types and because the images are so detailed, coloring is fun and easy- no more worrying about how to shade!

Dream A New Dream is a 6x8 stamp set that includes a total of 18 of stamps and will sell for $24.
I am really diggin' this vase of sunflowers. I colored them with copics, twice, and then cut the flowers out and popped them up with a dimensional to give a more life-like look. I used a nesties lable die, and completed the cards with a strip of MFT open scallop die and some twine. Short and sweet and right to the point!

Would you like a chance to win the Dream A New Dream stamp set? Here’s what you need to do: go to each of the Trendsetter’s Blogs and leave a comment on their Dream A New Dream Blog Hop Challenge post. After you have finished checking out the eye candy and have left some love, return to the TSG Blog to add your name to the Mr. Linky at the bottom of this Blog Hop Challenge post. A winner will be chosen randomly using a random number generator to receive their very own Dream A New Dream stamp set. The winner will be announced Saturday (the 28th) during the Release Party Chat.
Up next is the talents of Mercy! One more day of sneak peeks and then the release party on Saturday! See you there!

TSG-Sneak Peeks and release week!

It's time for another great release of There She Goes stamps! Once again, Jessica and her team of designers have outdone themselves. Today I get to show you two new sets.
There She Goes is proud to add another mini stamp set to the Stamps For A Cause line! This month we are introducing a new set called Angel Mail. $4 from every set sold will benefit the amazing Chemo Angels organization! They are always in need of donations as well as more Chemo Angels so please visit their site to find out more information! http://www.chemoangels.net/
Torico did a beautiful job illustrating the angel wings that are included in this mini set.
Angel Mail is a 3x4 stamp set that includes a total of 6 of stamps and will sell for $7. How can you NOT afford to add this to your order on Saturday night? It's a great set AND it helps a great cause.

I just love this sentiment. I can see it used for so many reasons.

Next up is another set by Torrico. Who doesn't love a new baby set??? This one is fabulous and something you'll love to add to your collection.

It’s hard to believe that with all of the awesome stamp sets that TSG has come out with in the last year and a half that there still isn’t a baby themed stamp set yet! Torico has illustrated some wonderful baby themed images that include both line art and silhouette images so that you have the versatility of coloring images or stamping them together to create quick and easy baby themed projects! My card is a little scrappy and I couldn't resist using that adorable little onsie with my fave sentiment from the set!
Bit Of Stardust is a 4x8 stamp set that includes a total of 28 of stamps and will sell for $18.

Would you like a chance to win the Angel Mail and Bit Of Stardust stamp sets? Here’s what you need to do: go to each of the Trendsetter’s Blogs and leave a comment on their Angel Mail / Bit Of Stardust Blog Hop Challenge post. After you have finished checking out the eye candy and have left some love, return to the TSG Blog to add your name to the Mr. Linky at the bottom of this Blog Hop Challenge post. A winner will be chosen randomly using a random number generator to receive their very own Angel Mail and Bit Of Stardust stamp sets! The winner will be announced Saturday (the 28th) during the Release Party Chat.

Off you go to Mercy's blog.

Wow! what a weekend. We couldn't have asked for a better soccer weekend. The boys played awesome. Won all 3 games in the tournament, but then lost in the finals. I was so proud of J, and the whole team. It's a whole new level of soccer and boy is it fun to watch!

Let's start the week out right with a little {ippity} love. This week's IHHC38-is to use some paint. I pulled out some Shimmerz Paints and prettied up these sweet flowers from You Deserve! I also used two of the new background, Dots for Sure and Book it! Dp is the new Echo Park from the ippity line up! Love all the green with the nuetrals, here. Wanna see a close up? Can't wait to see what the rest of the team did this week! The full line up is on the Ippity Blog, along with all the H{ippity} Hop participants!

FWF-Feels Good!

Feels good to just create. I always enjoy the week after the Dirty Dozen reveal. This week is always kind of my "off" week for DT commitments. I took advantage and got some Unity inky. Love these stamps, always will, and it always makes me happy to play with them. I used Mercy's Tuesday sketch for this sweet baby card. Finally I'm getting a card made so I can send out a little gifty to my dear friend Becky. Better late than Never, right! So I pulled out my most recent KOTM from July. Those circles are way cute and perfect for this sketch. I took it a step further and did up the inside cuz I HAD to use those sweet zoo animals along with the happy new baby sentiment! Cute huh?!
Up next is another fun card I created with this week's sketch challenge on SCS. I was determined to knock out a few challenges this week, and that I did! I had been seeing some of the June Bug dp by Basic Grey out in blog land and decided to pull mine out. It's fun to go back and see what dp you have and fall in love with it all over again.
As simple as this card may look, it really took me a while to pull it together. I think it was all the layers on the sketch and the busy patterns on the dp I used. In the end I decided to make one of the layers ribbon.
Alright, off you go. Head on over to the Unity Blog to see the full Friends With Flair line up! Always great inspiration there today. Have a great weekend!
We'll be busy, busy with soccer. It's our first tournament with J's select soccer team. We are anxious to see how the boys play togethere at the first game. I don't know what he is more excited for, to actually play or to just wear his new uniform! He's so proud.

Post no.2-Hip Hop

***scroll down for my TSG bookmark!****

Happy Hip Hop! Yes, the week's are flying by. It's alittle more calm this week, but the fun doesn't stop! Did you see our wonderful Special Guest Desginer for the day???? Lynn was the winner of our contest last week, so she gets to hang with us during Hip Hop. How fun!
I have two cards for you today. Both are fairly CAS, but still packed full of cuteness. I was actually determined to play along with some of the SCS challenges this week. A great way to start the week off is with the CAS Monday Challenge. This week we were using a sketch by the amazing Emily. She's a long time lover of Unity and Ippity stamps, so it was a no brainer for me to play along.
Instead of scallops, I decided to ruffle up some ribbon. Stamps are from the new {ippity} set, Quotes Al'a Happy! I used the same set again, for my second card.
This time I had to throw in some string-it's the IHHC37 challenge this week, didja know ??? Play along for a chance at a prize! Check out the strips of dp. It's the new {ippity} summer pack by Echo Park!
Okay, off you go to the sweet, sweet Maria's blog!
