In Michigan

Hello from Michigan! Tim is working long shifts the next two days so I am took the boys up to MI for a quick visit. My BFF since first grade is in town with her little boy (they live in Oklahoma City and we don't to see each other very often) so I took the opportunity to see my parents and to spend some time with Sara. I didn't want to leave you without any inspiration (just in case you were looking for it) so here is a card I did last week. Kind of a funny story behind this one. I made it for a Stamp Something challenge, that wasn't even the challenge. LOL! I thought I was doing good, getting my DT work done early, only to find out that I had it all wrong. I love how it turned out and the fact that I used an older stamp set (which is still current, BTW) makes it even better. When is the last time you used Doodle This? Do you even own it? If not, you can still get it. It really is a pretty flower set.

My color combo is Pink Pirouette, Apricot, and Chocolate Chip. I added some accents with my white gel pen. OH, and look what I discovered? The jumbo brads fit inside the jumbo grommets perfectly! Thanks for stopping by! See you tomorrow! Hugs, Lisa
