MFT TEASERS DAY 4

How excited are you getting for this release???!!! You'll be even more excited after you see what today's TEASERS are all about!!! And the next day, and the day after that and the day after that....yes! Still more to see.
Today is our day dedicated to the all occasion, LET'S TOAST stamp set and coordinating Die-anmics! You've seen snippets of this new Die-namics set a little bit here and there since teasers started....but today you get to see it paired with it's very own Stamp Set! and It's HUGE!!!

I made a fun wine tag and matching card.  I kept it girly, as I intend to share this with my neighbor/friend who is dealing with some health issues.  We are praying for some good news!

I love the pink and oranges in the Simple Stories papers-Fabulous, so I played those up on my design.

I cut the wine tag from some WHIP CREAM CS, and distressed the edges with Old Paper distress ink. I added some layers with designer paper, being sure to add in some of those gorgeous PINKING EDGES

I used the CIRCLE STAX 1 & 2 to cut some circles for the sentiment.  My Whip cream layer was looking a little bare, so I thought a few FINISHING FLOURISHES were a nice touch, along with some rhinestones.  I also finished it off with a custom cut gingham wine glass.

The LET'S TOAST DIE-NAMICS, comes not only with the Bottle Tag, but also the coolest mini drink glasses (MFT covers all the bases!), a mini Bottle Tag, and a circle tag.

I just adore the circle tag that is included in the Die-namics set. I stamped that with a circle border images and a sentiment from the set to add one more element to my bottle.

My card uses many of the same elements-same papers, circles, ribbon, pinking edges, and even cardboard.  This time I also added some doilys-Dainty DOILY DUO, and the matching MINI CIRCLE DOILY.

This time I added the PINKING BORDER in the gingham and made it a little wider.  One of my favorite things about this Die-namics, is you get 2 for 1.

Yep, you get 2 PINKING BORDERS with 1 cut! I really ♥ that!

Here's a closer look at the circle elements I added, along with another fun gingham wine glass.

Thanks for hanging with me today! Before you go.....just in case.....

Day 3-MFT TEASERS

Moving into day 3 of the MFT Teasers...I'm sure your  shopping list is getting long....and we are still getting things going here! Today is a day of words....we are showing off the Triple Scoop sets today:

Clearly Sentimental about Anniversaries, and Big Greetings.

Big Greetings was last month's Triple Scoop set and will be moved into the Boutique available for purchase this coming release, while CS about Anniversaries will be the FREE set you will receive if you spend $60 or more (before shipping and tax). You can read all about the Triple Scoop Program HERE.  It's a pretty SWEET deal!

I have to share my anniversary card, first.  First of all, I love these papers....thanks to Joanne, I had to have them. Then, THIS quote is PERFECT for me and my hubby.  We are always poking humour at each other, but we know it's always in good fun and full of love.  I think he'll get a kick out of this one.

I used Jen's Deconstructing sketch from last week for this one.  I thought all the layers were a great way to show off the papers and gave me a chance to use LOTS of Die-namics. I added the sentiment to a VERTICAL GREETINGS Die-namics....love that!  I tucked in a strip of the new, MINI MONARCH BORDER cut from some cardboard. Helped give this a little shabby chic look.

I used a corner, floral element to show off the soon-to-be released Die-namics. The new MINI CIRCLE  DOILYS  are just to die for!  I added a little distress ink to the edges, and then topped off the middle with a circle cut from the CIRCLE STAX 1 Die-namics.  Then there's the new REGAL LEAVES! I tucked two of them behind a MINI ROLLED ROSE Die-namics.

The details in the leaves are awesome.  It cuts and embosses all with one pass through your die-cut machine. LOVE that! Some bling and twine complete the look.

Next is my BIG GREETINGS card.  This set is a MUST HAVE sentiment set. The size of the font is awesome.  Lots going on with this card, but I love how it turned out.

I used the WSC sketch this week, and decided to use the TAG YOU'RE IT Die-namics for the main panel.  See the new PINKING EDGE Die-namics, peeking out from the seams of the panels I used on the tag??? Just darling!

I also added a PINKING EDGE to the sentiment...again, it ties it all together. I used the CIRCLE STAX 1 & 2 for the circle element from the sketch and tucked it right behind the tag. Some twill and STACKING STARS finish off the details on this one.

Here's this week's sketch! Hope you'll play along.

Today we have two sets to share with you: Inspired by Knowledge; Kung Fu Fred.
Today I'll start with my beloved Fred.  This month he is kicking things up KUNG FU style.

I knew last  week's iSpy sketch challenge (darn it! missed the cut off, again! oh, well! I'm still loving the inspiration) was a great layout with this stamp set.  I loved the split panel, helped me tie in the theme of stamp. I added a PINKING EDGE DIE-NAMCS down the middle.

You can see a close up of that here, along with a better look at the moves Fred is making.

I stamped the wood onto a scrap piece of X-Press Blending cs (my go-to choice for Copic coloring), colored it, and then cut it out. I glued them onto the edge of my main panel.  Although the stamp comes with it's own "action" markings, I couldn't fit those on with the space I used to attach the wood, so I drew in my own. I can just hear the CRACK of the wood, can't you?

A big ol' "hi-ya" sentiment was added to a SAY WHAT speech bubble Die-namics.  Makes for a nice and easy card to give to someone, just because!

I'm super excited to show off my next card.  I just love how it turned out. It is the newest addition to the Inspired By series of stamps.  This one is called, INSPIRED BY KNOWLEDGE.  Perfect timing with the all the graduation and end of school projects you will have to work on.

I used my new FAVE, FISHTAIL FLAGS STAX DIE-NAMICS.  I used three different sizes, layering up two of them and adding the sentiment to one of the skinnnier flags. I also used the new CIRCLE STAX 1 & 2.  I really love combing the two sets, because the layering gives just a touch of a border behind the main panel.

I added some beautiful wooden buttons (by Pima) to help accent the gorgeous globe image from the set. I decided to keep it simple by not coloring it in.  There is such great detail in the image, it can stand alone.  Colored or not, it's gorgeous and so are the other images in the set.
