ACK!!! Now that the formalities are out of the way...I'm so stinkin' excited to share today's post with you.  I LOVE my pages and am even more excited that I jumped back into my album. Album? What are you talking about, you might ask??? Well, I think I mentioned back in January that I was starting Project Life. Well, I started it and then after my title page and finishing week 1, plus a special insert for Joshua's birthday.....I haven't touched it.

That changed this weekend♥♥♥

See I have this LOVE/HATE relationship with PL.  I love it. Truly I do. I love the concept of it. The pretty products that go with it. I loooove scrapbooking....and I love that PL is supposed to simplify my memory preservation process.

Well, that's where my HATE part comes in....I struggle with the simplifying.  Instead of spending hours on a single 12x12 layout, like I used to (what I was trying to get away from)....I'm spending hours and hours working on smaller canvases....all the pretty little 3x4 (almost that size, anyway) inserts. LOL! Baby steps....I keep telling myself, baby steps.

So now on to my PEP RALLY project. The new BEHIND THE CAMERA stamp set and Die-namics is a MUST have for any scrapbooker (camera lover, cardmaker, yes, all of you! lol!).

I A-dore the fonts, mix of sizes of the words and all the great phrases included in the set. It was a perfect fit with my Week 2 layout in my Project Life album.

I've got LOTS of photos to share...so hang with me....Plus, I'm still finding it hard to get good photos of my actual pages. I did my best....but I did pull out my inserts and took pictures of them separate so  you could see them up close.  I used lots of Die-namics all over the place. Papers are from Echo Park-This &That!

Here is a close up of my Left side.....see all the fun MFT accents I added...I'll show some detail shots in a minute.

And here is the Right Side of my album.

First I want to show off the star of this Stamp set and Die-namics duo....the actual camera. SWOON!!!!
I love that long black strip, stamp....it adds such great detail. And the two circular sentiments....sooo cool how they fit right into the lens.  I added a small burlap heart from NOTCHED TAG DIE-NAMICS.

Here is a sweet journaling card.  I used one of the pre-made ones that came with my Clementine Core kit.  You'll see I made it extra pretty with coordinating papers, a strip of MINI MONARCH BORDER DIE-NAMICS, some Typewriter Alphabet and a no.2 from BY THE NUMBERS.  The date stamp is from Lizzy Anne line by American Crafts.

Next up are two 4x6 photos that fit into the page protector slots.  I just think this sentiment says it all.....THIS is what scrapbooking is to me.  Since it was such a long sentiment, I actually trimmed it and added a half to each picture.  It looks great in my album side, by side. A sweet Let it Snow DIE-NAMICS accents it off.

Here is another journaling card. I couldn't help myself and added in a few of the new PHOTO CORNERS DIE-NAMICS and more SNOWFLAKES. PHOTO CORNERS DIE-NAMICS were a great fit, to tie in a pop of color here and there. I've also added them to a few of my pictures.

On to the right side of my two page layout and you'll notice more MFT goodies tucked here and there. A couple of FILE TAB DIE-NAMICS, both the regular size and one of the mini ones from MINI TABS FOURSOMES.  I added the word "OPEN" to this one, since it is a folded journaling card.  This way my readers know they can pull that out and read a little more.

I journaled on the larger FILE TAB DIE-NAMICS and stitched it onto my pictures.

I accented this one with some staples (Tiny Attacher), coordinating This & That paper, and a stamped circle from the BEHIND THE CAMERA SET
I added once more camera to balance out the full layout. I love this one....played with LOTS of the different sentiments included in the set and stamped them all over the camera.
I accented this one with some MIX & MATCH BANNER pieces and a pretty brown burlap heart from HOMESPUN BIRDHOUSE.  The cool thing about this card, is that I cut it to fit two of the smaller inserts. The full panel was 4x6 inches and I cut it down to (almost) 3x4 pieces. Again. they are side by side in the album and they just flow. I really am having fun with the different sizes of slots in my Page Protectors.

There are just so many MFT Die-namics and stamps that I can use through out my Project Life album and I'm going to have fun making it fit my life!

You know the drill.....head on over to Kim's blog to see the list of today's Designers.
