And I'll kick things off with a little Fred Bear combo. He's hiking this go round and I just adore his sweet little boots and the backpack. I thought a fun way to ask a friend to go hiking would be with a cute card and a bag of trail mix (mine is simple-just some granola and a few dried apricots. Use what you have....make it easy on your self).
The tag matches the card and after the trail mix is gone, the tag could easily be transplanted to a backpack! Fossil and Hot Fudge cardstock set the earthy tone of my card. Twine and Brown Ribbon collection, dress the tag.
I then used up a few more scraps of the Oct. Afternoon, Campfire paper I had in my basket to add some color. I know you see it....and YES! it's a new die-namic....how about those cute little mini tickets??!!! ACK! They are adorable and the die-namic can be yours on July 5!
Here's another look at them on the inside of the card. I used it as a border strip with a few accents stamped on them from the stamp set. Next.....OMG! I can hardly contain myself. This next set is A.MAZING! and soooo CUTE! It's called You Move Me. Look at it! Take it all in! The stamp set itself is H.U.G.E. and then the little frame and matching tiny dies....ACK! It is so, so cool. Can you tell I love it?!!
I did up two cards. First is a boy birthday
card. I pulled out more Oct. Afternoon papers, this time Roadmap.
How fun is the shape of that frame.....I think it's just fantastic! Then the die-cut car and the tire mark stamp....seriously, Kim didn't leave out anything with this set. Here's how I coordinated the inside. More of the same stamped elements and a few more cars.
Now my sweet polka dotted scooter card! At first glance you might think this set is a BOY set. While I am super excited to add it to my boy card making supplies, it is definitely NOT a BOY ONLY set. Look I'll show you. There is nothing BOY about this card.
Here is a look at the new die-namics I used today.
